The test result certificate will have your name, date of birth and nationality displayed on it. Please ensure that you input your personal details correctly as any changes to your certificate after it has been issued will be subject to a £25 administration fee.

Please note that candidates are not permitted to register or pay for a further test whilst an appeal/regrade for a previous test is being processed. If do you register or pay for a further test your appeal/regrade will be automatically withdrawn and no refund will be made. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

If you have previously been suspended from taking Kaplan Test of English, under any name or email address, you are not permitted to register or pay for a test for either yourself or another person.
